The Award is opened to applicants 40 years old or younger and working in Asia. Only original work of related field which has not been published will be considered. In the event that no entry of sufficient merit is received, the Panel of Judges may recommend to the Organizing Committee that no award be made. The decision of the Judges shall be final. Winners of the award will be given award certificates along with the scholarship. Kindly read through the following instruction before sending out your abstract. Deadline for abstract submission is October 31, 2008. Notification of paper acceptance will be sent by December 31, 2008 via e-mail.
